The Birkin 25 in Vert Criquet Epsom with gold hardware is one of the most distinctive green Birkins in current production — a fresh saturated grasshopper-green on the most architectural everyday calfskin. Year Y stamp, store-fresh condition. Vert Criquet — 'cricket green' — is a recent Hermès colour: a bright, slightly chartreuse-tinged saturated green named for the warm-weather insect. It sits between Vert Anis and Vert Yucca in the maison's palette, offering full saturation without veering into either lime or olive territory. On Epsom — the printed embossed calfskin Hermès reaches for when colour clarity matters most — Vert Criquet reads at peak intensity, almost luminous. The Birkin 25 is currently the most allocated Birkin proportion in production. Gold hardware in warm yellow tone grounds the cool-bright green with a warm metal counterpoint, preventing the palette from feeling clinical.
