Refund Policy

Items marketed on this website are pre-owned Hermès, sourced through our private London network and from individual private sellers. As is standard across the luxury resale market, all sales are final and JULL cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any piece purchased through our platform, except where the piece is proven not to be authentic.

We guarantee the authenticity of every piece sold by JULL. If an item bought with JULL is ever proven not to be authentic Hermès, we will refund your payment in full.

All sales final

Every piece listed on JULL is a unique, pre-owned item. Each is priced in accordance with its condition and carefully checked by hand in our London workroom before it is shipped to the buyer. Because of this, all sales through our platform are final.

At all material times, legal title to any piece sold through JULL remains with the individual private seller until completion of sale. Sales conducted through our platform may be consumer-to-consumer and this policy sits within the current UK statutory framework governing those transactions.

Before you buy

Please read the full product description and review every photograph carefully before proceeding to purchase. Each listing sets out the piece in detail — leather, hardware, blind stamp, size, colour, and a condition grade against our scale (Store Fresh, Excellent, Very Good, Good) — with full notes on any wear, patina or cosmetic signs of use.

Authenticity guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of any item bought with JULL. We will offer a full refund on any piece proven not to be authentic. Every piece sold on this site is physically inspected by hand in our London workroom against hardware engraving standards, blind-stamp dating, stitch density, leather grain, interior construction and provenance. If our team cannot stand behind the authenticity of a piece, it is not listed.

Damage in transit

All pieces despatched from JULL travel fully insured with signature on delivery, via a specialist courier. If a piece arrives with damage sustained in transit, take photographs before unpacking further and contact us within 24 hours. We will handle the insurance claim directly and work with you to resolve the matter.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under English law, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where those rights apply to your purchase. This policy sits in line with the current statutory framework for consumer-to-consumer luxury resale.
