A Kelly 20 in shiny alligator with palladium hardware — structured, complete, and entirely unworn. This is among the rarer expressions of the silhouette: an exotic skin in the house's smallest Kelly format, finished without compromise. K stamp, brand new condition. The Kelly occupies a singular position within Hermès. Originally designed as a structured day bag with a secure, belted closure, it has always rewarded deliberate dressing — chosen by those who want a bag that holds its shape, holds its contents, and asks nothing of the person carrying it. At 20 centimetres, the proportion tips toward evening and occasion, though the silhouette's architectural quality keeps it far from merely decorative. Black shiny alligator reads differently from black in any other material. The scales catch light in segments — not uniformly, but in a sequence that shifts as the bag moves, producing depth that matte leathers cannot replicate.
