How it works
- Tell us the piece. Name, colour and size — or a screenshot from hermes.com. WhatsApp, email or the form on the Concierge page all reach the same person.
- We confirm the same day. Availability in your exact colour and size, the boutique price on the day, and our price at 20% below it. If we cannot find it, we say so.
- You pay by bank transfer. In full, once the piece is confirmed — not before.
- Seven to ten days. Insured delivery, charged at cost and quoted with the piece, or free collection at our showroom at Chelsea Harbour. Every piece arrives new, with a copy of the boutique receipt, the box and the dust bag.
Why order through us
Not the price, or not only. The London boutiques run out of the popular colours and sizes of almost everything by mid-season, and the UK online shop shows only what is left. We source across boutiques, so a colour that is finished in one is usually sitting in another; there is no appointment to book and no sales associate to wait for; and we confirm the exact piece before you pay a pound.
Sourcing is part of how we buy for the shop. The pieces on these pages are the part of that buying we open to clients, at a fixed 20% below the boutique price, and there is no catch in it: new, unworn, receipt copy, box. We take a limited number of sourcing orders each month and clients of the shop come first.
The Birkin, Kelly and Constance are a different conversation. The shop carries pieces that are ready to buy today, and Concierge finds a specific size, leather and colour for you.

Are the pieces new?
Yes. Everything on these pages is sourced new and unworn from an Hermès boutique, with a copy of the boutique receipt, the original box and dust bag or pouch.
How is the price 20% below the boutique?
Sourcing is part of how we buy for the shop. The pieces on these pages are the part of that buying we open to clients, at a fixed 20% below the UK boutique price. The boutique price we quote is checked on hermes.com/uk on the date shown on each page. A few pieces are quoted individually rather than at 20% below — the Farandole long necklace in 80 and 120 cm is one — and we say so before you decide.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, in full, once we have confirmed the exact piece is available. We do not take payment before that. Card payment is possible on request.
How long does it take?
Seven to ten days in most cases. Some seasonal colours take longer to find and we say so when we quote. Insured delivery is charged at cost and quoted with the piece; collection at our Chelsea Harbour showroom is free.
Is delivery included?
No. Insured delivery is charged at cost and quoted with the piece before you pay, so the figure you confirm is the figure you pay. Collection at our showroom at Chelsea Harbour is free.
Can you source something that is not on these pages?
Almost certainly. Ready-to-wear, shoes, belts, scarves, small leather goods, home and fine jewellery are all sourced the same way. Send the name of the piece, or a screenshot from hermes.com, and we quote the same day.
What about the Birkin, Kelly and Constance?
Those are a different conversation. Our shop carries Birkins, Kellys and Constances that are ready to buy today, and the Concierge service finds a specific size, leather and colour for you. Sourcing to order at 20% below the boutique is for everything else the house makes.
Can I return a sourced piece?
Sourced pieces are new and bought at a distance, so your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply. We would much rather get size and colour right first: we confirm both with you before ordering.
