Start with the filters. The bar above the grid narrows by model, size, leather, colour and hardware, and the five work together: a Kelly 25 in Epsom with palladium is three clicks, and the count updates as you go. Pieces from our own stock are marked and shown first; consigned pieces and those from partner dealers follow, each described and priced the same way. Three words appear on the cards and mean specific things. New is a bag with its boutique receipt, unused, in the box with everything the boutique supplied. Unworn is a bag that has left the boutique and has not been carried — the plastic may be off the hardware, the receipt may have stayed with the first owner, but the leather has no life on it yet. Pre-owned is a bag that has been carried, and we grade it on a scale we publish on every card, from store-fresh to pieces with honest wear, photographed corner by corner. We do not use one word for all three, because they are not the same purchase.
Every bag passes through our London workroom before it is listed. We check the blind stamp against the year and the model, the hardware engraving and its finish, the stitching count and slant, the heat stamp, the lining, the smell of the leather and the weight of the piece in the hand. Where a bag came with paperwork we photograph it; where it did not, we say so. A bag that does not satisfy us on every point is returned to its consignor and never reaches this page. Our authentication standard and our authenticity refund are set out in writing in our policy.
If it is your first Hermès, the working range is where most people are happiest: a Picotin or an Evelyne carries every day without ceremony, a Herbag or a Garden Party takes the weather, and the Kelly To Go gives you the Kelly's turnlock and silhouette for a fraction of the bag's price. If it is a Birkin or a Kelly you have decided on, the size is the first decision and the leather the second — a 25 and a 30 are different bags in the hand, and Togo, Epsom and Clémence age differently — and our guides to each model walk through both before you commit.
Buying is straightforward and the same for every piece. Reserve with a deposit by card or Apple Pay on the product page; the piece is held for you while you come to see it at Chelsea Harbour, or while we send you a video walkthrough if you are elsewhere in the country. The balance is paid by bank transfer against a formal invoice from BY JULL LTD, and the bag is handed over in person or sent insured, tracked and signed for. Sales are final, with the authenticity refund as the one exception, and both are written down in the policy linked on every page.
If the bag you want is not here, that is the day, not the answer. Stock moves weekly; the Sold Archive shows what has passed through, and the concierge brief on any product page reaches us directly with the colour, leather and hardware you are after. Most specific requests are found within a few weeks, and for pieces the boutique still makes we source new to order. Are all the Hermès bags on this page authentic?
Yes. Do you have Birkin and Kelly bags in stock?
Usually several of each, in more than one size and leather. What is the difference between new, unworn and pre-owned?
New is unused with the boutique receipt and everything the boutique supplied. Unworn has left the boutique but has not been carried; the receipt may have stayed with the first owner. Pre-owned has been carried and is graded on the scale shown on every card, from store-fresh to honest wear, photographed corner by corner.
Can I see a bag before I buy it?
Yes — by appointment at our Chelsea Harbour showroom in London, seven days a week, or by video walkthrough if you are elsewhere. A deposit holds the piece while you decide, and it is credited in full against the price.
How do I pay for a Hermès bag at JULL?
A deposit by card or Apple Pay on the product page reserves the piece; the balance is paid by bank transfer against a formal invoice from BY JULL LTD, a UK registered company. Sales are final, with the authenticity refund as the exception, and both are in the written policy.
Do you deliver outside London?
Yes. Across the UK delivery is insured, tracked, signed for and usually next working day. Internationally we ship with full documentation and quote the cost with the piece. Collection at the showroom is always free.
