Hermès belts: H belt, Kelly belt and the rest, sourced to order
Two Hermès belts account for almost every request we get. The H belt — the Constance buckle on a reversible strap — is the one everyone recognises, made in 24, 32 and 38 mm widths for women and men. The Kelly belt is the quieter one: an 18 mm strap closed by the turn-lock from the Kelly bag, worn high on a dress or over a coat.
Both are sold in the London boutiques as a buckle and a strap, in sizes that run out by the middle of the season, and neither can be bought online in the UK once the size is gone. We source them new, with the boutique receipt copy and box, at 20% below the UK boutique price, and we confirm the size against a belt you already wear before anything is ordered.

- Bank transfer, in full, once confirmed — not before.
- Seven to ten days: insured delivery charged at cost and quoted with the piece, or free collection at Chelsea Harbour — new, with the receipt copy and box.
Questions
Which Hermès belt is the classic one?
The H belt: the Constance buckle — the H from the Constance bag — on a reversible leather strap. The 32 mm width is the women’s classic and the one most people mean; the 38 mm is the men’s; the 24 mm Mini H is the newer, finer version.
Is the buckle sold separately from the strap?
Yes, and that is how the boutique prices it: a buckle and a reversible strap bought together. The price on our pages is for the pair, so one figure covers both. If you already own a buckle and want a second strap, or the other way round, ask — we source those too.
How do I know my size?
Hermès belts are sized in centimetres. The reliable method is to measure a belt you already wear from the buckle pin to the hole you use, or tell us your waist or hip measurement and where you wear it — on the waist of a dress or on the hips of jeans. We confirm the size before ordering.
What is a reversible strap?
One strap, two leathers: a smooth side in Box or Epsom and a grained side in Togo or Epsom, usually in two colours — black and Gold, black and Etoupe, Rouge H and black. The buckle slides off and turns, so one belt is two belts.
Can you get a size that has sold out in London?
Usually. Strap sizes and buckle finishes come and go by boutique, and we source across boutiques rather than one. Tell us the width, size, leathers and buckle finish and we confirm the same day.
How is the price 20% below the boutique?
That is the figure we set for current-season pieces sourced to order, and it applies to every belt on these pages. The boutique price shown is checked against hermes.com/uk on the date noted on each page.
