A Mini Kelly in Gris Pantin Epsom with Permabrass hardware — compact, structured, and entirely unworn. This is one of the more considered acquisitions in recent memory: a current-season piece carried in undisturbed condition from atelier to JULL. G stamp, unworn condition. The Kelly 20 occupies a specific position within Hermès: the smallest iteration of the house's oldest structured silhouette, scaled to hold exactly what an evening or a considered day requires. It is not a bag that disappears into a wardrobe. The form demands the same level of dressing as it rewards — it is reached for when the rest of the look is already resolved. Worn in the hand or tucked under the arm, it reads formally without being decorative. Gris Pantin is a warm-toned grey, positioned closer to greige than to cool slate — the kind of grey that photographs as neutral but reads in person as distinctly considered. Epsom is among the most tightly grained of the house's leathers, and on this colourway the texture gives the surface a quiet depth, holding the pigment evenly and lending the bag a matte, almost architectural finish. It neither fades toward beige nor tips into blue. Permabrass hardware — the house's aged brass-tone finish — sits without contrast against the warmth of the leather, completing the palette rather than interrupting it. This piece was inspected by hand in our London workroom and verified with Entrupy. It is held by JULL and available for private viewing by appointment at our Chelsea Harbour showroom.
