A Kelly 20 in shiny alligator, Rouge de Coeur, with palladium hardware — this is one of the most particular configurations the house produces, and it arrives here in unworn condition. G stamp, 2026. At twenty centimetres, the Kelly sits in its smallest standard proportion: enough interior for an edited evening or a considered daytime carry, the silhouette still unmistakably that of the full Kelly — the turn-lock, the sangles, the precise geometry that has defined the model since its formalisation in 1935. The mini scale draws the eye to the architecture rather than the volume, which is why the house reserves its rarest skins for it. This is a piece carried to occasions rather than pressed into daily service, chosen by those who already have the wardrobe and want its punctuation mark. Rouge de Coeur is a saturated, warm red — closer to arterial than to pillar-box, without the blue undertone that cools some of the house's other reds. On shiny alligator the colour becomes dimensional: the polished platelets catch light differently at every angle, producing a surface that shifts between lacquer and depth depending on where it stands. The name translates simply as heart red, and the shade earns it — vivid but not loud, with a richness that flat leather cannot replicate.
