A Mini Kelly Teddy in the tricolour combination of Chamois, Ecru and Alezan — carried out across Grizzly, Mouton Mérinos and Swift — with palladium hardware. This is a 20 cm Kelly built around texture rather than restraint: the contrast of sheared lambswool and smooth Swift makes it one of the more visually specific pieces Hermès has offered at this scale. Year K stamp, unworn condition. The Kelly 20 sits at the point where the Kelly silhouette becomes something worn rather than carried — tucked under an arm, clipped to a wrist, small enough to move with the wearer rather than beside her. The Teddy iteration layers Mouton Mérinos — sheared merino lambswool — against panels of Grizzly and Swift, a combination introduced in the atelier's more experimental seasonal runs and produced in numbers that reflect that. It is a bag for those who collect Hermès not by template but by particular. Chamois is a warm ivory, honeyed rather than white, named for the mountain antelope whose hide originally produced the suede it recalls. Ecru holds the natural, unbleached register — an off-white that reads almost luminous against the deeper Alezan, the house's rich chestnut, which anchors the composition. On Mouton Mérinos the tones become tactile as well as visual; the shearing catches light differently across the day. Palladium hardware gives the piece a cool, silver-white finish that sits cleanly against the warm ground. This Mini Kelly Teddy was inspected by hand in our London workroom and verified with Entrupy.
