Vert Mangrove Toile and Swift, palladium hardware, the 25 — a pairing that arrives as something altogether more considered than a single-material Birkin. G stamp, unworn condition. At 25 centimetres, this is the smallest of the Birkin proportions and the one that demands the most of its wearer's daily life: it edits rather than accommodates. The silhouette is unchanged from the original — the same trapezoid, the same turn-lock closure — but at this scale it carries with particular directness. It is the format reached for when the occasion asks for precision: a dinner, a gallery opening, a morning in the city when everything carried is chosen deliberately. Vert Mangrove is a deep, resinous green — the colour of dense coastal vegetation rather than grass or leaf, sitting closer to the forest floor than the canopy. On Toile, the canvas ground gives it a textural flatness that reads as purposeful, almost military in its restraint. Where the Swift panels appear — at the base, the handles, the closure surround — the same green deepens and takes on a faint luminosity that the woven cloth does not. The contrast between the two surfaces is the point: Toile brings structure and history, Swift brings the colour somewhere richer. Palladium hardware keeps the whole composition cool-toned and internally consistent. This piece has been inspected by hand in our London workroom and is offered in confidence. Private viewings are by appointment at our Chelsea Harbour showroom.
