There are bags one shops for, and bags one waits for. The Kelly 25 sits firmly in the second category — the smallest of the classic Kelly sizes and, for several seasons now, the most requested silhouette to pass through our hands. This example arrives in black Epsom with gold hardware, a pairing that requires no defence. Epsom's fine embossed grain holds the Kelly's architecture with real precision: the trapeze body stays crisp, the sanglons lie flat, the corners keep their definition through years of daily use. Where a softer leather slumps, Epsom holds its posture. Rendered in black, the effect is pure line — the eye reads the silhouette first, and only then the detail. The gold hardware supplies the warmth. Turn-lock, clochette, padlock and keys carry a soft brass glow against the depth of the leather, and it is precisely that contrast which has kept the combination in demand for decades. Nothing about it dates. Practically, the 25 is more accommodating than its proportions suggest.
