Rose Extrême is Hermès at its most exuberant: a saturated, electric pink that reads as pure joy in daylight and deepens to a rich fuchsia under evening light. Presented here on the Mini Kelly in Epsom leather with palladium hardware, it is the Kelly II Mini in its coolest, most contemporary configuration; the silver-toned metal keeps the colour crisp and lets the pink do the talking. Epsom is Hermès' embossed calfskin, prized for its fine, regular grain, feather-light weight and remarkable resistance to scratches and moisture. It holds the Mini Kelly's sharp Sellier lines indefinitely. On a colour this vivid, Epsom also matters for depth: the grain catches the light in tiny facets, giving Rose Extrême a luminous, almost lacquered finish that smoother leathers cannot match.
