A peça em detalhe

A Birkin 25 in Rouge H Togo with palladium hardware, blind stamp G for 2026, from JULL's own stock in London. The bag is store fresh: plastic still on the hardware, protective felt in place, the full set with it. It is the smallest Birkin that still works as a day bag, and in this leather it is a quiet one — the kind that goes with a navy coat as easily as with black. Rouge H is one of the house's oldest reds and the most reserved of them. It is a burgundy with brown in it rather than a true red, closer to a glass of Bordeaux than to a lipstick, and it reads darker in the showroom than in photographs. Paired with palladium, the cool white metal keeps the colour sober. Where gold hardware pulls Rouge H towards warmth, palladium keeps it crisp, which is the version most clients ask us for when they want a red Birkin they can carry every week without it announcing itself. Togo is the leather the Birkin is usually imagined in: calfskin with a fine, even grain that resists scratches and holds its shape without the stiffness of Epsom. On a 25 it gives a slight, pleasant softness to the body while the handles stay firm. The grain also hides handling well, which matters on a bag this size, because it is the one that gets used. The Birkin 25 takes a phone, a card holder, keys, sunglasses and a small pouch; it does not take a laptop, and nobody buying one expects it to. It is carried by hand or on the forearm, with the straps left open for a looser look or closed over the turnlock for a cleaner one. This piece can be seen at the Chelsea Harbour showroom seven days a week by appointment, or reserved with a deposit and collected or delivered insured within the UK. Every bag we sell is checked by hand and with Entrupy before it goes on the floor, and the blind stamp is photographed for the client's file.
