Our showroom at Harbour Yard, Chelsea Harbour, London SW10 0XD is open seven days a week, 10:00 to 18:00, by appointment, and any bag in the shop can be put on the table for you. More than 250 pieces are in stock, most of them new and unworn. If you cannot come to London, we show you the exact bag on a live video call.
Booking a viewing
Send us the bags you would like to see on WhatsApp or by email at hello@byjull.com, with a day and time. We reply within the hour during opening hours. Ask for as many pieces as you like: comparing a Birkin 25 with a 30, or Togo with Epsom, side by side is the quickest way to decide. The viewing is private, there is no charge, and there is no obligation to buy.
What to look at while you are there
The size on you. A bag looks different on the arm than on a screen. Try the Birkin 25 against the Birkin 30, or a Mini Kelly against a Kelly 25.
The colour in daylight. Hermès colours shift under shop lights. Craie is not Nata, and Etoupe is not Gris Asphalte; you will see the difference by the window.
The stamp and the condition. We show you the blind stamp and walk you through the corners, the handles and the hardware. What each condition grade means is in Hermès condition grades explained.

Viewing on a live video call

If you decide on the day
