Can you buy a brand-new Hermès bag in the UK? Yes. The boutique sells new Birkins, Kellys and Constances only to the clients it chooses, but new bags also leave the boutique every week and reach specialists, who sell them at an open price. Most of the more than 250 pieces in our London showroom are new and unworn, many with the current year's blind stamp. The table above is counted from that stock today.
What "new" means on a Hermès bag
Store Fresh means the bag has never been carried, still has its protective plastic on the hardware, and comes with its box, dust bag and the rest of what it left the boutique with. At JULL it also means a current blind stamp.
New or unworn means never carried, with all its pieces, but the stamp may be from an earlier year.

Why new bags reach the secondary market
A client who is offered a bag may not want that colour, may want a different size, or may simply prefer the money. Some bags are bought as gifts that were never used. A specialist buys these bags, checks them, and sells them on. That is why a new Birkin 25 in Gold Togo can be on our shelf the same month it left a boutique.

How to buy one
Choose a piece in the shop, or tell us the exact bag you want and our personal shopper service will look for it. See it first at our Chelsea Harbour showroom, by appointment seven days a week, or on a live video call. Reserve it with a 25% deposit, which holds it for up to five days, and pay the balance by bank transfer. Collect it from the showroom, or we send it with free, insured and tracked UK delivery.
JULL is a Hermès specialist and an independent dealer, not affiliated with Hermès. Our founder, Guilherme Ribeiro, spent three years working for Hermès before founding JULL, and he inspects every piece by hand before it is listed.

Can I buy a new Birkin in the UK without a purchase history?
Not from the boutique, which offers it to established clients. From a specialist, yes: new Birkins are sold at an open price to anyone, and can be seen before you pay.
What does Store Fresh mean?
