A member of the JULL team flies from London with your bag and places it in your hands, at your home, office or hotel, worldwide, from Europe to the Gulf. The bag never leaves our care until you have it. Delivery is priced per trip: flights and, where needed, a night's stay for our team member. Ask on WhatsApp and we quote before you commit.

A Birkin or Kelly is not sold on request at any boutique; in London the bag exists today, in the exact colour, leather and hardware, photographed as the piece you will receive. The Gulf

How does international delivery work?

The bag never leaves our care until you have it. Delivery is priced per trip (flights and, where needed, a night's stay) and quoted on WhatsApp before you commit.
Which cities do you deliver to?
Anywhere in Europe, including Paris, Milan, Munich, Geneva, Zurich, Monaco, Vienna, Amsterdam, Madrid, Lisbon, Athens, Sofia, Bucharest, Budapest, Nicosia and Limassol, and across the Gulf: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha, Kuwait City, Manama and Muscat. Further afield on request.
How long does it take?
Within 2 days of payment, the bag is in your hands, delivered personally by our team. Exotic skins (crocodile, alligator, ostrich, lizard) need CITES paperwork first, so for those we confirm the date with you before you pay.
Can I see the bag before I pay from abroad?
Yes. We show you the exact bag on a live video call in daylight: corners, stitching, hardware, stamp and interior. You are welcome to have it examined by an independent authenticator of your choice before the balance is paid, or to fly in and collect it at our Chelsea Harbour showroom, by appointment seven days a week.
How do I pay from outside the UK?
Exactly as a UK client does: by card or Apple Pay through a secure hosted checkout, or by bank transfer to the business account of BY JULL LTD against an invoice in the company name. Prices are in pounds sterling; product pages show an approximate equivalent in euros, dirhams and other currencies for reference.
Can exotic bags be delivered abroad?
Yes. Crocodile, alligator, ostrich and lizard pieces travel with their CITES paperwork, which takes extra time to arrange, so ask us for the timing for your city before you reserve.
