Most bags arrive within one to three days of payment clearing, and the bag stays insured by us until it is in your hands. If you would rather collect, our showroom at Chelsea Harbour in London is open by appointment seven days a week, and collection is free.
Delivery in the UK
Cost. Free on every bag, anywhere in the UK.
Speed. Usually one to three days. We dispatch within a working day of payment clearing, and a London address can often be served the next day.
Insurance. The full value of the bag is insured by us in transit. Risk passes to you only when the parcel is signed for at the address you gave us.
Tracking. You receive the tracking link by email or WhatsApp as soon as the bag leaves us,.
What arrives. The bag exactly as photographed on its page, with what is listed: usually the box, dust bag, raincoat, lock, keys and clochette for a Birkin or Kelly.
Delivery outside the UK
We deliver worldwide by insured courier, arranged for each country and quoted before you pay. Import duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer's, and are not included in our price. Collecting in London
Collection from Harbour Yard, Chelsea Harbour, London SW10 0XD is free. Book a time on WhatsApp and we will have the bag ready, so you can see it in daylight, check the stamp and the corners, and take it home the same day. How to view a bag before you buy explains the appointment.
Before delivery: paying for the bag
The bag leaves us when it is paid for in full. Payment is by bank transfer to our UK business account in the name of BY JULL LTD, or by card or Apple Pay for pieces under £1,000 and for deposits. The detail is in how to pay for a Hermès bag.
