The Kelly 25 in black Togo with gold hardware is among the most enduring of all Kelly configurations — the most fashion-relevant Kelly proportion, in the most beloved everyday Togo calfskin, with warm gold hardware. Year K stamp, store-fresh condition. The Kelly 25 currently sits as the most-allocated Kelly proportion the maison produces. Where the Kelly 28 and Kelly 32 lean towards classical, the 25 reads thoroughly contemporary — the size collectors carry in editorial features, on red carpets and across street style. Togo — baby calfskin with embossed pebbled grain — is the everyday workhorse leather in the maison's repertoire. It is scratch-resistant, lightweight, develops soft patina with use, and renders black with particular daily depth. The pebbled surface refracts light into the leather, lending the colour visible volume even at rest. Gold hardware in warm yellow tone is the historic classical pairing with black Togo.
