A Hermès Twilly in silk twill, printed with a woven-blanket check in marine, rouge and blanc and finished with buckled straps and a "Hermès-Paris" label — the house's saddlery language translated into silk. At one end the print gives way to a long fall of fine black lambskin fringe, so the piece hangs like a tassel rather than a ribbon. The fringed Twilly is one of the most limited pieces in the Hermès silk line: only a few designs are made each season, and they rarely stay on the shop floor for long. Tie it around the handle of a Birkin, Kelly or Picotin so the fringe swings free, wear it loosely at the neck over a shirt, or wrap it at the wrist. The navy and red check sits naturally with Noir, Bleu Nuit, Rouge H and Etoupe leathers. This piece is new and complete with its original Hermès box and card.
