What the Kelly Cut is
The Kelly Cut is a long, flat clutch, about 31 cm wide, with the Kelly turnstile clasp and no strap. It is carried under the arm or in the hand, and holds a phone, cards, keys and a lipstick. It is the most elegant evening Kelly, and also the one that works with a coat in the day.
