JULL
Concierge Service

Hermès personal shopper in London.
Any piece, sourced in days.

Tell us exactly what you want — model, leather, colour, hardware, size — and our London team will source it through our private network. Typically within 2–5 days. Every piece authenticated by hand before it reaches you.

Prefer to show rather than tell? Try the Swipe — three questions and a few swipes.

JULL sources Hermès to exact specification — model, size, leather, colour, hardware — through a network of European boutiques and private collections, typically returning options within two to five days, with no sourcing fee and no deposit. Based in Chelsea Harbour, London (BY JULL LTD, no. 17144844), we inspect every piece by hand and show it to you live before payment. If it exists, we can usually find it; if we cannot, we say so.

The Brief

Every field you fill in helps us find the right piece faster.

What a Hermès personal shopper does — and what JULL does differently

Most personal shoppers for Hermès sell access: they work a relationship with a sales associate, hold your place in a queue you cannot see, and charge a fee whether or not a bag ever arrives. JULL works the other way round. We hold around two hundred authenticated pieces in stock and buy every week through a network of European boutiques and private sellers, so a brief is matched against bags that exist, not against a waiting list. You tell us the exact specification — model, size, leather, colour, hardware, stamp year if it matters — and we come back with what we can put in front of you and when.

The service is run from our showroom in Chelsea Harbour by a small team that authenticates and photographs every piece by hand. There is no call centre and no outsourced buyer: the person who reads your brief is the person who inspects the bag.

How the sourcing service works

  1. Brief. Send the specification through the form above or on WhatsApp. A photo of the bag you have in mind is enough to start.
  2. Search. We check our own stock first, then our partner network and the boutique channels we buy through. Common specifications are usually found within three to ten days.
  3. Offer. You receive photographs of the exact piece, its blind stamp, condition notes and the price. Nothing is charged at this stage, and you are free to pass.
  4. Viewing. See the bag at the showroom by appointment, or have it filmed in close detail — stamps, corners, hardware, interior — if you are outside London.
  5. Reservation and delivery. A £3,000 deposit by card or Apple Pay takes the piece off the market; the balance is settled by bank transfer against our invoice, and the bag is delivered insured, next working day anywhere in the UK, or collected in person.

What we can source

The bags Hermès rations most tightly are the ones we are asked for most: quota bags — Birkin 25 and 30, Kelly 25 and 28, Mini Kelly and Constance — in black, gold, étoupe and the seasonal colours that disappear from boutiques within weeks. We also source special orders with contrasting interiors, alligator, crocodile, ostrich and lizard, Kelly Pochette and Kelly To Go, pieces for men, and Hermès watches and jewellery.

Two honest limits. We do not promise a specific runway or limited-edition piece by a date; we tell you what is realistic and let you decide. And we describe condition plainly: store fresh with the film still on the hardware, unworn, or pre-owned with the wear documented in the photographs you see before paying.

Fees, and how you pay

There is no sourcing fee, no retainer and no deposit to open a search. The price you are quoted is the full price of the piece; for UK clients it includes VAT and there is nothing to add. When you accept a piece, a £3,000 deposit reserves it and the balance follows by bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy, and the bag is released once the final payment clears. Our guide to how deposits work explains the sequence step by step.

Who uses the service

Clients who have been on a boutique waiting list for a year or more and want a specific bag now. Buyers with a deadline — a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding — who need certainty rather than a hope. Collectors after a colour that was made for one season. And clients outside London, from Manchester to Dubai, who brief us on WhatsApp, view by video and receive the bag insured at their door. If part of the plan is trading in a piece you already own, we buy as well, so one conversation covers both sides.

Why source through JULL rather than a marketplace

On a marketplace you commit before you hold the bag and rely on a third-party description. With us the exact item is inspected by hand in our own workroom, photographed as the piece you will receive, and shown to you before any payment. Stock is in the UK, so there are no import duties on top of the price for UK clients. You deal with one person from brief to delivery, and every commitment we make is written down in the JULL Standard.

Questions clients ask before they brief us

Do you charge a fee for personal shopping?

No. There is no sourcing fee, no retainer and nothing to pay to open a search. You pay for the piece itself, at the price quoted, only if you decide to take it.

How long does it take to source a Birkin or Kelly?

Classic specifications in Togo, Epsom or Clemence are usually offered within three to ten days, often from stock. Rare seasonal colours, special orders and exotics can take a few weeks; we tell you the realistic timeline before you commit to waiting.

Can you source a specific colour, leather and hardware?

Yes. The more precise the brief, the better: model, size, leather, colour, hardware and, if it matters to you, the stamp year and whether the piece must be store fresh. We match the brief against what exists rather than against a list.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

Nothing until a piece is offered and you accept it. At that point a £3,000 deposit reserves the bag and takes it off the market; the balance is settled by bank transfer against our invoice. Deposits are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Can I see the bag before paying?

Yes. Every piece can be viewed at our showroom in Chelsea Harbour by appointment, or filmed in close detail if you are elsewhere. Stamps, corners, hardware and interior are shown before any money moves.

Do you work with clients outside London?

Yes. Most sourcing briefs come by WhatsApp from across the UK and abroad. Delivery within the UK is insured and next working day; international delivery is insured and tracked, with any import duties and local taxes payable by the customer.
