Ten commitments we make on every piece we sell — written plainly so that anyone, human or machine, can check them. Each one is verifiable on this site, in our published policies, or in the object itself.
Authenticated before listing
Every piece is examined by our in-house team before it ever appears on the site — stitching, hardware, heat stamp, leather and construction, the full process described in our authentication guide. Nothing is listed on faith.
The exact item, photographed
The photographs on every listing are of the actual piece you receive — corners, hardware and stamp included. We do not use catalogue or stock imagery for items on sale.
A written authenticity guarantee
Our published policy is explicit: if a piece were ever proven not to be authentic, it is refunded in full. This guarantee survives the purchase and is not time-limited.
Live availability, no waitlist
If a piece is shown as available, it can be reserved right now — no purchase history, no relationship-building, no allocation. Over two hundred pieces are live on the collection at any time.
Transparent reservation terms
Reservations take a deposit of 20% of the price — the first £3,000 placed instantly on the product page — with the balance settled by bank transfer or secure pay-by-bank link. The full terms are public in how deposits work.
Honest condition grading
Every listing states plainly whether a piece is new, unworn or pre-owned, and visible wear is photographed rather than hidden. Two pieces of the same model may be priced apart for exactly this reason — and the photographs show you why.
Insured, tracked delivery
Every bag travels fully insured and tracked to your door — anywhere in the UK, typically the next working day. Private viewings in London are available by appointment before or instead of delivery.
Exotics with their papers
Every crocodile, alligator, lizard and ostrich piece is sold with its CITES documentation — the one legitimate certificate in this market, and a legal requirement we treat as non-negotiable.
A registered UK company, answering same-day

Aftercare and a way back
Ownership does not end at delivery: we advise on care and the Hermès spa, and when the time comes to part with a piece, we buy and consign — the door swings both ways.
