How much is a Hermès Picotin in the UK? In October 2026 a new Picotin 18 costs about £3,900 to £4,750 at JULL, against roughly £3,300 to £4,000 at a UK boutique. The Micro Picotin 14 in an exotic leather is about £11,000 to £12,500. The table above is counted from our London stock today, alongside the everyday bags a Picotin buyer usually compares it with.
Why the Picotin sits close to its boutique price
The Picotin is not a quota bag. Boutiques sell it when they have it, so the secondary price carries only a small premium for choosing the colour and having it now. That makes it the most sensible first Hermès bag: forgiving Clemence leather, an open top that takes more than it looks, and a price that does not run away from retail.

The Micro 14 is a Picotin, not a Kelly
Stock lists sometimes write the Micro Picotin as "Micro 14", and it is easy to mistake for a small Kelly. It is the Picotin's open bucket shape at 14 cm, usually in an exotic leather, and its price follows the leather rather than the size. If you want a small Kelly, the Mini Kelly price guide has the numbers.
What moves the price
Colour. Black, Gold and Etoupe are steady. Bright seasonal colours and two-tone editions sit at the top of the range.
Leather. Almost every Picotin is Clemence, which is soft and hides marks. Swift and exotic editions cost more.
Hardware and stamp. The padlock is the only hardware, so the metal matters less here than on a Kelly. A current stamp and an unworn bag are at the top of each row.
Picotin or Lindy
Both are everyday bags with no allocation drama. The Picotin is open and carried by hand; the Lindy zips, has a shoulder strap and costs about twice as much. The Mini Lindy numbers are in the Mini Lindy price guide, and our Picotin guide compares the sizes in full.
