Hermès Chaîne D'ancre Jewel Bag Silver

The Chaîne d'Ancre Jewel Bag in silver is one of Hermès's most refined sculptural minaudières — a complete evening bag executed as a piece of fine silverwork, drawing on the Chaîne d'Ancre anchor-chain motif that has been a maison signature since the 1930s. 2026 production, store-fresh condition. The Chaîne d'Ancre is the interlocking anchor-chain Hermès designer Robert Dumàs introduced in 1938, drawn from a nautical motif and developed into one of the most recognisable links in fine jewellery. In this Jewel Bag, the chain is enlarged to form the structural body of an evening minaudière — sculptural silver volumes connected by working chain articulations, the whole forming a piece that reads as wearable sculpture rather than as a traditional handbag. Hand-finished in Hermès's silversmith ateliers in Pantin, with the same maison hallmarks and quality control applied to high jewellery. Intended for the most pared-down evening use: phone, lipstick and key. Sourced through JULL's direct boutique channel.
