The Kelly Cut in classic Orange Epsom with palladium hardware is one of the most quintessentially Hermès evening Kelly Cuts in current production. Year T stamp, excellent preloved condition. Orange H is the maison's house signature colour — the warm orange Hermès adopted in the late 1940s when post-war material shortages forced the brand to embrace pumpkin-toned packaging dye, and which subsequently became the universally-recognised brand identity. It is one of the few colours in luxury so closely identified with its maison that the colour itself reads as the brand. On Epsom calfskin, the orange reads with characteristic structural clarity and crisp warmth. The Kelly Cut is the slimline evening interpretation of the Kelly silhouette: a structured clutch carried by hand, with the iconic Kelly turn-lock and sangle detailing preserved in miniature.
