The Kelly II Mini in black Epsom with palladium hardware is the most allocated, most architectural, most universally desired Kelly format Hermès currently produces. Year K (2026) stamp, excellent condition. Epsom is Hermès's most structural calfskin — a printed embossed leather with a glassy surface that holds the Kelly's sharp Sellier geometry with absolute precision. In black, Epsom reads almost like lacquered patent: light moves across the surface in coherent sheets, with the printed grain pattern visible only at close range. The Kelly II Mini construction (22cm) is the most pared-down version of the iconic Kelly silhouette. Carried by the integrated top handle, by adjustable shoulder strap or cross-body via detachable strap, it transitions seamlessly between day and evening. Palladium hardware in cool white-platinum tone is the canonical pairing with black Epsom. Sourced through JULL's direct boutique channel from the Hermès chain.
