The Mini Kelly Casaque is Hermès at its most playful — a limited colour-blocked edition that treats the house's most formal silhouette as a canvas. This example pairs Rose Extreme with Rouge Coeur across the body and flap, finished with a Zanzibar blue interior that flashes only when the bag is opened: a private wink from the maison. Rendered in Epsom, the embossed calfskin celebrated for holding the Kelly's crisp architecture, the Casaque keeps its razor-sharp lines season after season. The Mini Kelly II format — barely 20 centimetres of bag — has become the hardest allocation in Paris, and Casaque editions rarer still. Blind stamp Z, unworn with its original receipt.
