A Mini Kelly in a three-colour composition — Jaune Milton, Vert Fizz and Vert Vertigo — worked in Epsom with palladium hardware. This is a bag that announces itself precisely, conceived as a collector's piece rather than a workhorse, and it arrives in unworn condition. Year K stamp, unworn condition. The Kelly has occupied the centre of the Hermès canon since the house formalised its saddlery silhouette into a structured handbag decades ago. At the Mini scale, the trapezoid form loses none of its architecture — the turnlock, the flap, the tuck-away handle — but the proportions shift the bag from boardroom to something more personal: an evening, a considered daytime edit, a piece held rather than carried. It is the format Hermès reserves for its most deliberate colour work. Jaune Milton is a warm, saturated yellow — neither acidic nor muted, sitting closer to mimosa than to chrome. Against it, Vert Fizz reads as an electric, almost neon-adjacent green, and Vert Vertigo deepens the composition into something richer and more botanical. On Epsom, which takes dye cleanly and holds a firm matte surface, each panel reads as a distinct decision rather than a bleed of tone. The tricolour arrangement gives the bag a graphic clarity that would not survive on a more supple leather. The palladium hardware — cool-toned and brushed to a quiet sheen — holds the composition together without competing with it.
