Vert Fizz is Hermès at its most effervescent — a bright, citrus-cut green with the snap of lime zest, one of those colours the house releases sparingly and collectors chase for years afterwards. On the Mini Kelly 20 Mini II it becomes something close to irresistible: a bag already famous for being almost impossible to obtain, rendered in a shade that turns heads across a room.
