A Kelly 20 in white Epsom with palladium hardware — compact, structured, and among the more demanding pieces to source in this condition. G stamp, brand new. Within the Kelly lineage, the 20 occupies a particular position: small enough to read as an evening piece, disciplined enough in its architecture to carry through the day. It does not soften or slouch. The rigid frame and turn-lock closure ask something of the wearer — a certain deliberateness — and reward it with a silhouette that has remained unchanged in its essentials for decades. Those who reach for it tend to know exactly what they want from a bag. White in Epsom is a considered choice. The leather's tight, cross-hatched grain gives the colour a matte, almost chalky quality — closer to a warm optical white than to anything cold or bridal. It does not have the translucent depth that white achieves on box or swift; instead it sits flat and clean, which on a bag this small reads as graphic rather than plain. The colour holds well on Epsom, which is resistant and relatively forgiving in daily handling.
