The formula stays honest — sturdy toile canvas framed in leather — but the proportions and strap now answer city life rather than the greenhouse. This example trims the ecru toile in Bleu Tempête Togo: storm blue, grey-shadowed and deep, a colour that reads like the North Sea an hour before rain. Against pale canvas it is as crisp as a navy blazer over summer linen. Togo brings its familiar virtues to the frame — pebbled, scratch-shy, dependable — while the toile keeps the whole bag light on the shoulder.
