The Hermès Izmir sandals in Beige Glaise and Etoupe is among the maison's most quietly considered open-toe summer sandals. The Izmir — named for the western Turkish coastal city — is the maison's open-back leather sandal: a slim, almost spartan piece with the iconic Hermès H-band detail across the foot, designed for elegant summer slip-on wear. The construction reads as both saddlery-derived and contemporary-minimal, suiting both refined daytime and dressed-down evening use. In Beige Glaise (a soft clay-toned beige) and Etoupe (the maison's most universally flattering warm grey-taupe), the sandals read as a tonal celebration of warm neutrals — the entire piece sitting within the Hermès warm-earth palette.
