Every summer the Oran comes back, and every summer Gold is the first colour to go. Pierre Hardy's 1997 slide — a flat sole and one strip of leather with the H cut cleanly through it — has been made in dozens of colours since, but Gold, the house's warm saddle tan and not a metallic, is the one that reads as Hermès from across a beach. This pair is on Epsom, the embossed calfskin that holds its shape, resists scratches and keeps its colour even, which matters on a light tan that will see sun and salt. Size 38, new and unworn, with the box and dust bags. Made in Italy; heel height 1 cm. The Oran fits true to length and cuts slightly narrow — if you take a wide fit elsewhere or sit between sizes, send us the size you wear in a brand you know and we will confirm before you commit.
