What a Birkin or Kelly for Budapest costs at JULL today
Counted from our own London stock on 2 November 2026: 71 pieces available, £15,300 to £160,500. These are asking prices at JULL, not market estimates, and the table is rebuilt from the shelf every day, so a row disappears when the last one sells. The forints column uses today's exchange rate for reference; we charge in pounds sterling.

Budapest has no Hermès store. Clients drive to Vienna for scarves, but a Birkin there needs a purchase history. From London you can choose one this week.
Andrássy út, without Hermès
Hungary has no Hermès boutique. The house's store locator, as we read it on 2 November 2026, has no Hungarian entry at all. Andrássy út hosts several of the great luxury names, but not this one. Budapest shoppers have therefore made Vienna and Prague their Hermès cities, where the quota bags, Birkin, Kelly and Constance, are reserved for regulars with a long history.
Vienna is close. Its Birkin is not.
Driving to Vienna costs a day; waiting for a Birkin there costs years, because it is offered after a purchase history, not on a first or fifth visit. From us, you pick the exact bag this week and it is in your hands in Budapest.
Buda, Pest and the river
Vienna is under three hours by car, and plenty of Budapest clients have a Viennese sales associate for silk and small leather goods while the Birkin never quite materialises. From London it does. You choose the exact bag, approve it on video, and one of our team flies about two and a half hours to Liszt Ferenc and hands it over in the Buda hills, in Districts II or XII, on Andrássy, or at your hotel on the river. The table converts today's prices to forints so the figure is familiar. If a trip to London is already in your diary, keep the bag on a deposit and collect it at Chelsea Harbour instead; the showroom opens seven days a week by appointment. Hungarian central heating is fierce in January: store the bag well away from the radiator, filled with tissue so it keeps its shape.
How it works
Choose, see the exact bag on video, pay (card or Apple Pay up to £40,000; above that, a card deposit and bank transfer), and one of our team brings it to you in person; the trip is priced on WhatsApp before you commit. The steps are on international delivery.
