Can you buy a Hermès bag in London and have it delivered in Europe? Yes. JULL delivers by hand: a member of our team flies from London with your bag and places it in your hands, at your home, office or hotel, anywhere in Europe. The bag never leaves our care until you have it. Delivery is priced per trip (flights and, where needed, a night's stay) and quoted on WhatsApp before you commit.
Why European clients buy in London
The bags people come for, the Birkin, the Kelly and the Constance, are not sold on request at any Hermès boutique, in Paris or anywhere else; they are offered to established clients. In many European capitals, Sofia, Bucharest, Budapest, Nicosia, Helsinki, Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius and Zagreb among them, there is no Hermès boutique at all. A specialist already holds the bag. How hand delivery works
- Choose a bag in stock, or send us a brief and we source it.
- See it on a live video call in daylight: corners, stitching, hardware, stamp and interior. You are welcome to have it examined by an independent authenticator of your choice.
- Pay by card or Apple Pay through a secure checkout, or by bank transfer to BY JULL LTD against an invoice.
- Receive it from a member of our team, in person, on a date that suits you.
What it costs
Delivery is priced per trip, because it is a person on a flight, not a parcel: the flights and, where needed, a night's stay for our team member. Send us your city and the date you need the bag, and we quote the same day. Product pages show an approximate price in euros for reference.
Collecting in London
Many clients fly in and collect at Harbour Yard, Chelsea Harbour, by appointment seven days a week, 10:00 to 18:00. A deposit holds the piece while you travel.
Exotic leathers
Crocodile, alligator, ostrich and lizard travel with their CITES paperwork. It is routine but takes time; ask us for the timing for your city before you reserve.
