The Picotin 18 in classic Orange TC with palladium hardware is the most quintessentially Hermès of all Picotin configurations — the maison's signature colour, on its most beloved everyday calfskin, in the most pared-down Picotin proportion. Year K stamp, preloved condition. Orange H is the maison's house signature colour: the warm orange Hermès adopted in the late 1940s as its iconic packaging tone, and subsequently the universally-recognised brand identity. It is one of the few colours in luxury so closely identified with its maison that the colour itself reads as the brand. On TC's matte-grain calfskin, the colour reads with characteristic dimensional warmth. The Picotin 18 is the smallest of the Picotin sizes, designed for evening or discreet day use. The iconic palladium-buckle closure preserves the silhouette in cool white-platinum tone, providing crisp contrast counterpoint to the saturated warm orange.
