The Picotin Micro 14 in Chai ostrich with palladium hardware is one of the most charming and most rare small Picotins in current production. Year W stamp, store-fresh condition. The Picotin Micro 14 is the smallest of the Picotin family — a true mini designed for evening and discreet day use, with the iconic palladium-buckle closure at the top of the bucket-style body. The proportion is small enough to function as evening object yet open enough to read as casual rather than ceremonial. Chai is a warm, soft tea-tone neutral named for the colour of brewed black tea — sitting between Etoupe's grey-taupe and Gold's honey, offering a different register of quietly luxurious warm beige. On ostrich, where each follicle takes the dye independently, Chai gains particular dimensional depth, with the quill bumps almost lit from within. Hermès ostrich comes from a single accredited South African farm under the maison's own welfare and traceability standards.
