The piece in detail

A Kelly 25 in Biscuit Epsom with palladium hardware — compact, structured, immediately composed. This is a bag that arrives already knowing what it is. G stamp, 2026, unworn. Within the house's canon, the Kelly occupies a particular register: it is the silhouette that predates the Birkin by decades, rooted in equestrian utility and shaped, over time, into something more formal than the Birkin but less ceremonial than its history might suggest. The 25 is the smallest of the principal Kelly sizes, and it edits accordingly — it is chosen by those who dress with intention and carry only what is needed. Held in the hand or tucked under the arm, it is a bag of posture. Biscuit is a warm, pale neutral — closer to raw linen or unbleached cotton than to the cooler tones of craie or the deeper registers of parchemin. It has an almost edible softness as a name, and the colour earns it: there is a faint golden warmth in the undertone that stops it reading as white or beige in any straightforward sense. On Epsom, a leather known for its tight, fine grain and its ability to hold a clean edge, Biscuit sits with particular clarity. The structure of the leather keeps the colour true in different lights rather than shifting with the surface. The palladium hardware is bright without being cool, complementing the warmth of the hide with an easy precision. This piece was inspected by hand in our London workroom and verified with Entrupy; private viewings are by appointment at our Chelsea Harbour showroom.
