Black Epsom with palladium hardware: a combination that accounts for more Kelly orders than any other, and here in a size that makes the case with particular force. G stamp, brand new condition. Within the Hermès canon, the Kelly occupies a position no other model has managed to replicate. Conceived as structured luggage and refined across decades, it is a bag that demands something of its carrier — a certain deliberateness in how it is held and opened — and returns that attention in full. The 25 is the format that tips the silhouette toward the contemporary without softening its architecture: compact enough for a working lunch or an evening, sufficiently structured to hold its shape without assistance. Black in Epsom reads as absolute. The leather's tight, cross-hatched grain absorbs light rather than reflecting it, so the colour never blusters or shifts in the way a box or swift might; it simply stays black, with a matte density that suits the Kelly's geometric lines exactly.
