The Kelly Dépêches in Écorce Togo with palladium hardware is one of the most quietly considered briefcase-format Kellys in current production. Year W stamp, store-fresh condition. The Kelly Dépêches is a briefcase reinterpretation of the Kelly silhouette — the Kelly's iconic turn-lock and structured construction adapted to a flat, document-format proportion designed for professional transport of papers and laptops. It descends from the original Kelly's late-nineteenth-century saddlery-and-travel-document heritage. Écorce — 'bark' — is a warm, earthy brown with hints of green undertone, named for the colour of natural tree bark. It is among the more nuanced warm browns in Hermès's current palette, reading with quiet sophistication against both professional and casual wardrobes. On Togo's pebbled grain, the colour gains particular dimensional depth. Palladium hardware in cool white-platinum tone provides cool counterpoint to the warm earth-tone palette.
