A Kelly 20 in black and gold Epsom with palladium hardware — compact, structured, and among the most deliberate choices in the Hermès range. Brand new condition. The Kelly's place in the Hermès canon is singular: it is the house's most formal silhouette, the one that has carried the same architectural logic since it was codified in the mid-twentieth century. At 20 centimetres, this is the smallest expression of that structure — a bag that edits everything down to what is necessary, and in doing so becomes the version people reach for when the occasion or the outfit asks for precision rather than volume. It holds an evening's essentials or moves through the day in the hand of someone who prefers exactness. Black in Epsom behaves differently from black in a softer grain. Epsom is a fine, cross-hatched calfskin with a firm hand; it holds its geometry without assistance and takes colour as a flat, almost matte statement.
