Construction combines Hunter saddle leather (vegetable-tanned heavy calfskin), Swift (soft milled calfskin), and Toile (the iconic Hermès natural canvas). Rouge H is the maison's original house red — the deep, almost burgundy-toned crimson Hermès adopted in the 1930s as its signature equestrian-leather colour.
