A Birkin 35 HHS in a two-tone combination of Vert Foncé and Noir Swift, finished with palladium hardware. This is a considered piece — structured enough to anchor a wardrobe, rare enough in its colour execution to merit attention. K stamp, brand new condition. The HHS — Horseshoe Stamp — designation marks a Birkin produced by a single craftsperson from start to finish, a distinction the house reserves for its most experienced atelier hands. It remains a Birkin 35 in proportion and purpose: a bag built to carry, to age, and to hold its shape under the weight of daily life. Those who reach for a 35 tend to want a bag that works rather than one that makes allowances. Vert Foncé is a deep, composed forest green — not emerald, not olive, but the particular shade of a conifer in low winter light. It is made in Swift, a smooth, fine-grained calfskin that takes colour deeply and shows a soft sheen. The hardware is palladium-plated, a cool silver tone, on the turn-lock, padlock, keys and feet. The Birkin 35 HHS has two rolled top handles, flap and straps closing on a turn-lock, clochette with padlock and two keys, four protective feet; inside it is lined in matching chèvre goatskin, with one zipped pocket and one open slip pocket.
