The Birkin 25 in Craie Epsom with gold hardware is among the most luminous and refined neutral Birkins in current production — the maison's softest cream against the precision of Epsom calfskin and the warmth of gold. Year U stamp, excellent condition. Craie — 'chalk' — is one of the most considered neutrals in the Hermès palette: a cool soft white with the faintest hint of pale grey undertone, named for the cliff-white chalk of Champagne. It reads as off-white in daylight and softens to creamy ivory under interior lighting. On Epsom — the printed embossed calfskin Hermès reaches for when colour fidelity matters most — Craie sits at full strength, almost ceramic in its clarity. The Birkin 25 silhouette is currently the most fashion-relevant and most allocated Birkin proportion in production.
