The Birkin 35 Sunset is one of the most artistically ambitious Birkins of recent years — a rainbow gradient Epsom Birkin where each leather panel transitions through a sun-warmed spectrum. Year Y stamp, store-fresh condition. The Sunset edition uses six panels in a saturated gradient from deep aubergine through magenta, coral, sun-gold, mandarin and rouge, creating the impression of the sky at golden hour. Each panel is cut from individually-dyed Epsom — the printed embossed calfskin Hermès reaches for when colour fidelity matters most — and the colours are matched to a precise master palette before assembly. The construction is among the most labour-intensive in the maison's recent atelier work. The Birkin 35 is the larger of the two original Birkin proportions, designed for a true day-and-travel capacity. Combined with the Sunset gradient, it functions as both highly usable carrier and conversation piece. Rainbow hardware in matching graduated tones completes the spectral palette. Sourced through JULL's direct boutique channel from the Hermès chain. Original box, raincoat, dust bag, lock, keys, clochette and brand ribbon included.
