Rose Confetti is the softest of Hermès's pinks — a powdery, almost chalky blush that sits closer to the inside of a shell than to any of the house's louder rose references. It is a colour the maison returns to only occasionally, and one that behaves quite differently across leathers. In Epsom, where the grain is embossed rather than natural, the pigment lies flat and even, and the shade reads clean and modern instead of sweet. The Mini Constance is the most disciplined interpretation of the design. The full-width H clasp, which on a Constance 18 or 24 is a piece of architecture, here becomes almost the entire front of the bag — a single graphic gesture in palladium against pale pink. Everything else is stripped away: one flap, one gusseted interior, one long adjustable strap that can be doubled for the shoulder or left full length across the body. Epsom is what makes the format work at this scale. Structured, water-resistant and famously resistant to slouching, it keeps the small rectangle crisp where a softer skin would collapse around the clasp. It is also the most forgiving grain for pale colours, wiping clean rather than absorbing marks — the practical argument for wearing a blush pink bag rather than storing one. Worn cross-body it disappears under a coat; carried short on the shoulder it becomes the only ornament an outfit needs. Blind stamp G, with palladium hardware.
