- See it first. Showroom at Chelsea Harbour, open seven days 10–18, by appointment — or a live video call, usually within the hour. Many of our clients fly in to collect; the deposit holds the bag until you land.
- Buy or reserve. Pay in full by bank transfer, or reserve with £1,000 by card or Apple Pay, which takes the piece off the market and holds it for five days.
- Check it any way you like. Every piece is inspected by hand; you are welcome to have it examined by an independent authenticator of your choice before the balance is paid.
- Balance and handover. Bank transfer against a BY JULL LTD invoice, then collection in Chelsea Harbour or free, insured and tracked UK delivery in 1–2 working days. Outside the UK: DHL Express, fully insured, quoted per country; import duties and taxes are the buyer's.

Most studded clutches live for midnight; in Etoupe, the Mini Medor learns to work daylight hours as well. The maison's signature taupe — the shade whole wardrobes are built around — softens the drama of the Medor pyramid studs into something closer to quiet armour. Greige remains the most requested neutral Hermès mixes, and it behaves differently here than on any bag: smaller canvas, sharper punctuation. Those studs carry a long pedigree: they began on Hermès dog collars in the 1920s, migrated to cuffs and belts, and arrived at this clutch with their edges intact. Epsom leather gives the compact rectangle its architecture, fine-grained and firm, holding shape in the hand year after year. Palladium hardware matches the colour's grey undertone so precisely that studs and leather read as one continuous material. The effect is tonal rather than theatrical — texture doing the talking, as the house prefers. This is the Medor to carry with a trench at lunch, tailoring at six and silk at nine — the only evening bag in the house's catalogue that never asks what the dress code is. It takes cards, key and lipstick, and sits beneath the arm like a slim book you intend to keep. Neutral Medors are the first to leave any allocation, Etoupe above all, and boutiques cannot promise a second arrival.
