Most studded clutches live for midnight; in Etoupe, the Mini Medor learns to work daylight hours as well. The maison's signature taupe — the shade whole wardrobes are built around — softens the drama of the Medor pyramid studs into something closer to quiet armour. Greige remains the most requested neutral Hermès mixes, and it behaves differently here than on any bag: smaller canvas, sharper punctuation. Those studs carry a long pedigree: they began on Hermès dog collars in the 1920s, migrated to cuffs and belts, and arrived at this clutch with their edges intact. Epsom leather gives the compact rectangle its architecture, fine-grained and firm, holding shape in the hand year after year. Palladium hardware matches the colour's grey undertone so precisely that studs and leather read as one continuous material.
